Account and roster support

For group access, leave approvals or changes to a published shift, contact your hospital’s roster administrator first. For a website problem, use Feedback while signed in or email us with the page and what happened.

Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, calendar subscription links or patient information. Use invented names in screenshots where possible.

Privacy requests

Email us with “Privacy” in the subject for access, correction, deletion or a complaint about personal information. Include enough detail to identify your account or hospital. We may need to verify your identity. Read our Privacy Policy.

Security reports

If you find a security issue, email us privately with “Security report” in the subject, the affected page and steps to reproduce it. Avoid including other people’s personal information. Stop testing if it exposes information you are not authorised to access.
