A group has its own staff, rules and roster, such as ED consultants or ED nurses. The Team price applies to each group separately. Count each active person you intend to roster, regardless of FTE; an administrator who is not rostered is free. People permanently removed from future rostering are excluded, and historical rosters remain available. A person rostered in two groups counts in each; ask for a hospital quote for shared teams.
We agree a kickoff date and help you try 2 distinct roster periods for one group of up to 50 people within 60 days. Revisions and comparisons for those periods are included, within the agreed search limits. A 45-minute setup call is free. More hands-on configuration is optional. If you do not continue, we’ll help you export your rosters before pilot access ends. Larger pilots need an agreed scope.
Monthly subscriptions cover one month at a time; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months at the price of 10 monthly payments. We agree your headcount before billing. Increases need your approval and are prorated for the remaining paid period; reductions take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, with access continuing until your paid term ends.
No. Generating alternatives, fixing conflicts and adjusting a draft do not create extra charges. The subscription includes an agreed daily generation allowance and search time per run. We confirm these limits for your team during the pilot; higher-volume work is quoted before you commit.
No. The free pilot includes a 45-minute call, and you can configure your own people, shifts and rules. The optional A$990 package adds up to 4 hours of hands-on work for one group. Any extra work is quoted and approved before it starts.
Yes. We arrange subscriptions by written quote and invoice, so there is no online checkout or automatic charge from booking a demo. If you only need a particular roster project, ask for a fixed-scope quote. The scope, access period and price are agreed before work begins.
